TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT: This invoice serves as a signed contract allowing for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that you break this contract, all deposits made to the company shall be surrendered as damages. WARRANTIES: All warranties are limited to those 

offered by the manufacturers of the products used. Alpha & Omega Power Wash LLC makes no additional warranties. If you ever have a concern 

regarding our work, Alpha & Omega Power Wash should be notified immediately wtih in 24hrs of service. WATER / ELECTRICAL USAGE: By signing 

this agreement, you agree to provide Alpha & Omega Power Wash the right to use an on-site water/electrical supply as needed to complete the stated 

project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it can result in an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure 

the water / electrical supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if not notified that water is not available. 

COURTESY: While Alpha & Omega Power Wash is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and 

pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface until dry or otherwise instructed. This is 

for your safety as well as our own. SCHEDULING: Scheduling in a business which productivity relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement 

weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may 

affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes, and we will not be held liable for any type of penalty or fees. 

PAYMENTS: Payments to Alpha & Omega Power Wash LLC are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check, cash, zelle, apple cash 

with all payments made payable to Adam Ramirez, all debit/credit card payments are subject to an additional fee of 4.0%. Balances are ALWAYS due 

upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon prior to arrival at job site and will need a written contract prior to start. Late 

charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost 

incurred by Alpha & Omega Power Wash LLC related to the collection process and/or court fees for outstanding balances. REMOVAL / 

REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS: Removal and replacement of grills, furniture, planters, and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. 

Should we need to remove items we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues or incomplete work. An additional charge 

may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items. DAMAGES: Alpha & Omega Power Wash will not be responsible for such 

conditions. CONCRETE: The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and 

cured. When concrete has dirt, mold, mildew, algae, other pollutants, stains, and when cleaned the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections 

that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete like driveways, patios, sidewalks, or concrete slabs will 

ever look to its original condition, some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains, paints, oil are 

examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting 

the project. Sometimes these stains especially OIL STAINS cannot be removed at all. VEHICLES: The appearance after the detail depends on a 

number of factors like how much dirt and debris on the vehicle, sun damage, scratches etc., and the customer understands that after being cleaned it 

will reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants, stains, and / or damages have been covering up. Interior stains on upholstery and carpets 

cannot be removed as we do try our best it's not guaranteed. ALL VALUABLE ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM VEHICHLES 

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
